DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
No, we do not. Although we love hearing your creativity and ideas, we solely provide RDHC caps and apparel.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY HAT?
– Run your hat under lukewarm water until the hat is completely saturated.
– Let it dry.
– For best results, repeat this process.
*To keep the sweat ring out in the future, repeat these steps any time you sweat in your hat.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?
You may cancel your order via email up to the time that it is shipped from RDHC. If your order has already been processed, packaged and shipped, you can not cancel your order. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
 You may exchange new, unworn hats within 30 days of purchase. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning your hat, please ship to:

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
If your hat becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly replace it. The hat must not show any obvious signs of wear and tear. This includes rips, stains or discoloration caused by a foreign substance (oil, sweat, dirt, condiments, exposure to sunlight, etc.).

Hat discoloration or manufacturing defects may be relayed to the hat manufacturer, whose information is found on the inside of the hat.
